What can I say about the Avalon in Glendora other than the fact that this was one of the most phenomenal and inviting rental experiences that I personally can attest to. The staff members are some of the most genuine and conscientious individuals of any leasing team i’ve had the opportunity to be introduced to and throughout the entirety of the process, they created a sense comfortability and trust, giving us authentic information, catering effortlessly in the preparation process. Christi and Trevor , are the stand up go to’s , the quintessence of what apartment community representatives should be. They provide families of all kinds, our veteran family as a prime example, with the resources that are needed and have personally created time to work with Veteran housing services and programs with consistent diligence in order to provide a smooth transition into our new home. An excellent job, with sincerity from the entirety our our family, Thank You both, Stay Golden.

I signed a 15 months lease at 2508$. At the end of my lease they raised my rent to 3383$ month to month or 3080$ to sign a new lease. Walls are very thin, smell marijuana everyday. Takes 5 mins to go up to parking lot and another 2 mins walk to reach apartment. Leasing manager Christ is not Professional. Never available to communicate or help. The energy is just bad. I’m renting a 3 bedroom condominium for 3200$ with a two car garage. Never doing Avalon again.
