I love you very much, thank you for your patience and knowing how to understand my suffering, my fear. And my despair. Thank you for loving my children and being here when I never thought I would be in the hospital with my son. There are so many thanks that I owe you. Because now I live happily with my children and a nice safe apartment with protection. Q faced me alone in court. They told me not to go out alone and I went out to look for help and I did it with the help they gave me to defend myself. I love them very much, my children still remember them. I pass by there and wants to enter to hug her. May God bless you from the bottom of my heart for the help you give to women who are victims of violence. I will always have them in my heart. Gisela and the other blonde and child worker and young secretary hug my daughter I love you and the boss thanks you for everything. 😘

Terrible services. I have contacted the legal advocates and they have reassured me that they were going to be in court providing emotional support. Never heard from them. I have to go to the process alone. I call and left a message for Dalisa Gonzalez. Did not hear from Dalisa either. Called the center and asked to speak to the Director. I was informed that the Director was on vacation. Interestingly, I have dedicated my life to provide advocacy, counseling and assistance to victims of Crime, especially, victim of Domestic Violence. I can just imagine how lost, stressed out and frustrated women feels when they do not the resources, knowledge and exposure that I have. This is inconceivable!!!!!!!

I worked with Women Aware for a few years in different capacities and truly enjoyed my time there. There were many opportunities for growth! It was challenging to hear such traumatic stories daily but the work environment was inspiring. The staff is made up of fierce advocates dedicated to the mission and making an impact in their corner of the world, every single day.
