Though I am not a resident, nor have I ever been, I am writing this review because I was pleasantly surprised by my experience visiting the apartments while searching for a place to live. I went to go see a different company's apartment that turned out to be awful and very disappointing. I drove 2.5 hours from Long Island on a Friday afternoon and was severely let down. Though it was a summer Friday afternoon I decided to see if any other local apartments were suitable. At 4pm on a summer Friday most apartment leasing offices were closed but when I came to Raritan Crossing I was surprised to find that the office was open and Katia was very helpful. They have a model apartment which is fantastic as it can give you an idea of what the apartments look like even if they are fully rented, and the model apartment looks clean, well maintained, and homey! The only downside is that they have 400 units and only 20 of them are 1 bedroom units. I was given all the information and when applying I wasn't charged for an application fee as they reviewed my application first before running a credit check.

The apartments are very old and have a lot of noise complaints due to thin floors. You cant have guests over due to that. Poor ventilation in bathroom. Laundry rooms are not well maintained. The apartment is on downhill slope and next to raritan river, so high chance of flooding and not much air circulation. I lived here for couple years. Right before moving, I started to realize that their new office team Katia and Katelyn are just bunch of nonsense. They have no experience in customer service and will lie to your face when making up their own rules. When you leave the apartment in an excellent conditions, they will figure out a way to give a good dent to your security deposit. They will steal your money. I am not sure how they got stuck in property management position. Definitely need a crash course!

I’ve been here for 2 months and I like it very much, my apartment is very spacious with more than enough closet space. A lot of windows available so you get a great breeze coming in through the summer and a lot of natural lighting. Very quiet at night and I feel very safe. I gave it four stars because the pool has not open yet and there is still no future dates to look forward to. ***Pool is officially open, and it feels great that I do not have to travel so far but just a walk away to relax and stay cool, 5 stars!***

Person on the phone has now hung up on me 4 times and you can hear the women typing in the background. When she initially answered she said "Katia" and I said good morning and tried to make an inquiry and she hung up on me. This is so rude and poor service for anyone looking to lease here. No longer interested, if they don't even respect you enough to speak on the phone.

I'm paying $1325/ month for a second floor unit as if 01/15/2020. There was a bottom floor unit that was $1259/ month they initially showed me, but the previous tenants left a smell and I couldn't take it.
