I have been a prime member for two years and now I quit this gym. The staff at the front desk are rude and when you ask to talk to Manger, the Mangers are worst. Not recommending this gym at all. You need to work on your behavior and understand that you are paid for this job. You don't give us free memberships, so stop acting like doing us a favor!

Pool is disgusting at Parsippany location. It was okay 2-3 month ago I don’t know what happened but now water is so murky you can’t see anything. Hot tub out of service for about 4 month and nobody knows when they will fix it.

I mean this gym is okay tbh. I go here just to lift and it does the job. But their isn’t enough free weights like dumbbells because there isn’t enough 25 weights and other weights. I don’t think the staff seem to care about the way this gym is treated and nobody seem to rerack their weights.
