Awful community. We all need a new administration. Very bad management and bad workers. Very dirty building, full of roaches and mice. It is like a project. Irresponsible administration. Maintenance is horrible. They never do quality work. They do not take care of cleaning. It violates all the rules of coexistence. I do not recommend anyone to invest their money here.

I lived here with my husband. I agree with the other reviewer in that the administration is inefficient (taking a long time to get our deposit back, management not there when we call or visit), and the maintenance is subpar(we had a terrible clog in our bathroom for 2 years and it never even got resolved by the time we moved out). However, it is pretty cheap to live here so you get what you pay for. All in all, it’s not a terrible place to live if everything in your apartment is working and you don’t need to contact management.

The parking is ready but not closed nothing works thanks to his administration. If you have a problem in your apartment you have to struggle to get a minimal fix and everything is done wrong. They do not have qualified personnel to make repairs. My experience as a tenant is the worst I do not recommend it to anyone.
