In the past years, our stay was great and we felt comfortable with the staff and the maintenance team, but since September 2021 we have been suffering from them because the air conditioner broke down several times and they do not have a solution to this problem. The air conditioner was repaired, and after three months it broke down again and it took a full month or more to repair, and for 18 days we have been suffering from the air conditioner and the lack of attention from them. Is it conceivable, 30 days or more just to fix the faults in the air conditioner I do not believe that.. We love to live in this building because we have many memories in the past years and for the location, the safety, the parking, some of the staff, and the facilities in the building. Unfortunately, we are shocked by the failure to provide any solutions to this problem, which affects the psychological and physical health of the high temperature of the apartment. You told me what's wrong and for how long

DO NOT APPLY HERE!!! 🗣 I repeat do not apply for an apartment here, they make you pay an application fee and then con you into paying a deposit fee to hold an apartment for $1000 which you aren’t getting back if your application is denied. If you are approved they only give you 24 hours to respond or they will keep your deposit fee. I am seeking legal action against the management company because have some dagg on respect for people’s hard earned money especially in these hard times. Place is overall ok but you don’t need that headache.. RUN!!!!

Overall friendly place ,covid doesn't allow for gym or amenities but there's always people to see outside and make the best of it .
