It is pretty old but very easy to walk around Many people might say it's old and way too many homeless people around asking for a quarter, that's absolutely true, but I got great interaction with customer service and even the police officers were extremely helpful anytime I asked for information. The tracks and the roof beams structure needs some paint but it is not the end of the world, I don't mind trading an old building with great customer service attention for a brand new contemporary one in which you have to figure it out to where to go.

They do not provide you with tags for your bags, customer service no help

Pretty odd place, the interior was nice to look at but regarding the homeless people is just wasn't for me, being bothered left and right for change. I asked the police if homeless people were even allowed in there and he said no but there were homeless people inside anyways.
The Trend
GREYHOUND BUS Google, please create a negative stars choice. Mark my words, I do NOT plan on EVER taking another Greyhound bus in my life. This is the second time that the bus has been delayed over 1 hour, and the attendant in the Newark office is horrendous. Now don't get me wrong, I understand delays, but there needs to be a better system of alerting people to their buses schedule/delays. And for the attendants, I get it 100's of people are asking you the same question, but we are just trying to get where we need to get to, or find out if we need to get another alternative before its too late(because Greyhounds do get cancelled). Until some improvements can be made, I am totally fine with never riding again, I don't care if its free bus ride day to wherever I want to go, just NO! Its hot, there's a lady trying to sell me old candy, and I am done,Greyhound fix your system for your future riders. Do your research find another way
