This place needs better customer service and hospitality. Been coming here for 21 years now and they would not see me because I got sent to the wrong department causing me to be “tardy.” Upon arrival to the correct office it was empty and they would not see me. It is ridiculous how they treat patients who have been coming here for a long time and who have serious medical issues. I travel far away just to come here and it is obscene how little they care about patients here.

The Dr.'s office here is TERRIBLE! I have 3 family members who WERE patients here. I found us new drs, you wait 2 weeks for prescription refills, I waited over a month for a medical form to be completed. Dr appointments are a whole another story. Dr. Aluya left & I tried staying with the current drs but couldn't. Blood pressure machine not accurate, ask the nurse to take my pressure manually & WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Take care UMDNJ, I'm done.
