I wish everyone was as friendly and customer-service minded as Jane and Craig. My parents house sold and I live out of state. We didn't have much time to pack up, sell, sort, etc. To add to our stress level, it was right around Christmas, but these folks were so helpful and understanding with the process. Highly recommend you use as a way to sell your items!

I totally love going to this place! Every time I go there I am treated like an old friend. I go to look at items and sometimes I just go in to see Coco. Ha, the biggest, nicest, dog I have ever been around. I get a BIG welcome wag soon as I step out of my car! Seriously though, when I stop in to pick up anything I may have bought from the auction, someone always takes it to my car for me. They are always helpful and willing to find things for you . They go the extra mile. Most pleasant people to know!

Website could be setup better to constantly update bids. The employees at the store are very helpful and knowledgeable. Great place to bid on items and a good place to have sell what you never get around to selling.
