Not great apartments. Nothing ever works like it is supposed to, maintenance can barely help you, front office barely open. And they overcharge when you try to renew your lease with them.

This is what I’m living in. Maintenance doesn’t come when you put in a request it takes three days even if you have an emergency they don’t come when they’re supposed to. I’ve reported it and still no change. I’m so tried of spending money to live like this. Calling doesn’t make a difference. Because no one answer’s the phone.

Orange Park Junior High or Lakeside Junior . Lakeside is better school tho.
The two bedroom units here at Park Village are $857 a month plus a $200 deposit plus a $300 one time non-refundable pet fee, then $15 a month for your pet. But this place is not worth your time and money. We're only staying one more year because we don't have the money yet to move someplace more decent. The toilets in my unit overflow every day at 5:00pm, it rained inside my hail bathroom, they made a hole in the ceiling a week ago and haven't fixed it yet, and I've had a hole in the ceiling of my kitchen over my dishwasher for five months leaking which they have yet to fix. St John's Point is alot better, around the same price and you get a hell of lot more
