The two bedroom units here at Park Village are $857 a month plus a $200 deposit plus a $300 one time non-refundable pet fee, then $15 a month for your pet. But this place is not worth your time and money. We're only staying one more year because we don't have the money yet to move someplace more decent. The toilets in my unit overflow every day at 5:00pm, it rained inside my hail bathroom, they made a hole in the ceiling a week ago and haven't fixed it yet, and I've had a hole in the ceiling of my kitchen over my dishwasher for five months leaking which they have yet to fix. St John's Point is alot better, around the same price and you get a hell of lot more
Do not move here. Dishwasher hasn’t worked sliding glass door broken the pool has literally been open for maybe 3 months out of the year we’ve lived here. We had a issue with our front door and no one could come and fix it within a reasonable time frame we had to shimmy our son up to the balcony(2nd floor) for him to let us in. The gym is never available and the majority of washers n dryers never work. And the office states their hours on the door but they are never there. Worst apartment we’ve ever stayed in. Now they want to raise our rent for renewing the lease.
