This complex is the worst place my fiancé and I have rented at. While living there, our unit was entered without notice and no one from property staff accompanied the individuals who entered our unit. Upon moving out, nobody from the office informed us, by email or in person,of certain fees that would be billed to us even though it was specifically asked when finalizing our move out. So don’t be surprised if you get a final account statement with all these fees listed you weren’t made aware of when communicating with the office. Also, if you have extremely disruptive upstairs neighbors, nothing will be done to solve the issue. So don’t even bother. Ontop of poor property staff, your car can get hit and run in the parking lot by another resident to the point of almost being totaled out and the office will shrug their shoulders at you when you inform them of the incident. Your personal property is not secure at this complex and you will not have the support of good property management should something occur. Nothing about this complex is “luxury” except the price tag. Worst renting experience we have ever had. Highly do not recommend renting at this complex or with a greystar location.

We have moved in just recently and are very happy. I particularly want to commend Tony, one of the maintenance men. Even though he was very short staffed one day he came immediately to our apartment to address our concerns. Not only did he immediately replace a dead microwave he also took care of some cosmetic issues. We were not expecting these to be done that day but just sometime in the future. We were surprised and delighted when we returned home and found everything on our list completed and to our satisfaction! Great job Tony! Also a shout out to Rafael for a fantastic job repainting my front door. It was perfect! Both of these men are always friendly, courteous, and helpful. Thank you Rafael!

Great place to live. The apartments are spacious and modern. The office staff are professional and friendly. Maintenance responds quickly and efficiently .
