I have to say when I first met Cassandra we were looking for a house and she just happened to be at a house that we were looking at. I told her what I was looking for and very specific on what I wanted I told her it would probably be impossible this lady went above and beyond what my expectations were. I would find houses she would come and meet me and they weren't what the pictures appeared to be. Cassandra would send me houses upon houses finally we found the place that I wanted two car oversized garage a big backyard being a car guy the garage was amazing that was a selling point for me.. Cassandra would take the time to text me daily with different properties that I could look at. In my job I have the luxury of being on the road all day this lady would send me a house I would go and look at it and I would call her to come to open it up and usually within an hour or two she would be right there the same day. She was a godsend to myself and my wife I thought I would never find the house that I wanted and Cassandra made our dream come true. Since I took vacation time I had the time to get the majority of the stuff done. But tomorrow which would be Monday the 3rd of October our contractor is coming here and Cassandra is going to meet him here in the morning and stay until the work is done what other realtor would do that for their client I don't know but I know she's a wonderful person and a great realtor sincerely Alan toth and family

Yes, I work with investors. Right now, there is heavy competition for those looking to "flip" properties for short term gains. The profit margins have gotten quite a bit tighter on real estate flips but there are still deals to be had. I also work with long term investors looking to acquire "buy & hold" properties, those who are looking for a good cap rate and ROI and seeking to create and maintain that passive income stream while increasing their net worth through real estate acquisitions.
I was in the United States Navy and served aboard the USS Acadia as a "Boats" ie Boatswain's Mate :D I know how to operate a crane....we were a supply/tender ship. I got out in '93 and she was decommissioned shortly thereafter.
