Literally not one person available to help me with my business account. Every call to ATT they answered and then phone disconnect. I spent now 2 hours trying to simply upgrade one phone on my 42 line account and no one is available on a Saturday, not even my own Rep Pamela Ward after multiple calls, emails, and text messages.

I have a problem with messenger, I went to the store at 1 and they were closed. This was on the day of hurricane Ian. It's now 3:39, no rain or wind yet. I guess it's every man for themselves at AT&T. NOT HAPPY. ( This is in Hernando County).

I called initially and spoke with Amy. She was extremely knowledgeable and very convincing which brought me to the store. I arrived on Apple iPhone 14 release day and was immediately greeted by John the store manager whom assigned Christopher our sales associate. Not only did Christopher work to get me the exact phone I desired, I was able to watch the team work as one to resolve a plethora of issue I walked into the location with. Miguel was relied on when it came to the most technical issues, confidently solving eSim/physical sim with multiple lines ringing simultaneously on both devices. Synergy, knowledgeable, and amazing is how I would explain the team here! Thank you Amy, John, Christopher and Miguel!!!

Do not trust or go to this store the sold me an iPhone 12 Pro max for $1,350 with in ten days the device perminately shut and disabled my lock screen. It also perminately disable my apple ID Locking me out from accessing my companies financial info and also not being able to make even a 911 Call. By the time i got to the store front Dennis the guy that opened up my acct For unlimited talk and text, Said i had 60 Days to return a device if i wanted a refund for the already Paid $500 That i put toward my iPhone... It was 16 Days after so 2 Days late for a buyers regret or a Point of sale return for the device ....aka P.O.S they gave me Loyalty group At & T Customer Retention Phone Number and Dennis told me that i was 2 Days late for any returns or refunds. He treated me like gold up until i Spent money on the plan $138.00 Month unlimited text and Data. For a single line. He said i need to go home and take my meds and calmed down when i told him i was a disabled From Anxiety.
