From the initial consultation over the phone, to the purchase and installation of the new unit and even minor troubleshooting afterward, I cannot speak highly enough of the Lancaire Team. I called Michael about a month ago and asked for some information and a quote. In a very short time period, I received a quote and a follow up call and ordered our new Lennox unit in hopes that we could complete installation within a 6 week window. Not only did Michael stay in communication with us throughout the shipping period, but he personally returned my call after 5 on a Friday when I had a frantic question after the installation was complete.
