Although the lobby was not busy, it took a half hour to get our food. When we did get it, we were missing half the order. There was however a steady stream of door dash orders that kept the one front-line worker incredibly busy.

No management or staff. They won’t even take orders inside anymore. They wouldn’t take my order this morning unless I went to the drive through. Which they did not tell me until I already placed an order on the kiosk. Maybe they should just close the doors if they won’t have anyone tend to the registers. While ordering one of the employees was screaming inappropriate things to the employees in the back I’m assuming to get them to actually work. Additionally, their front doors are now vandalized. The poor condition of the establishment matches their work performance. Also, food always taste old, never fresh.

Put in an order for curbside and sat outside for 15 minutes. Finally went inside, and waited another five for someone to acknowledge me even though there was only one other person there. They then told me they hadn't even started on my curbside order. Will start driving to the next closest one instead of going there again.

Around 645am,I sat at the speaker for over 5 minutes without being acknowledged-- even though I kept calling out. I drove around to the window and when the woman opened the window, I asked for a medium coke. She said I could not order at the window, I had to drive back around, even though the line was now 6 or 7 cars deep. I said no, I just want a coke and I called over and over on the loudspeaker. She said they just opened and I had to drive back around. I asked to speak to the manager. She said she was the manager and shut the window on me. Sat there for another 5 minutes but pulled off so I wouldn't be late for work. I understand things can happen to cause you to open late, but being that rude was unacceptable. I will not be back
