Quick service for an Amazon return and bought some sneakers while there. A good store with a decent selection and fair prices.

Great store for clothes from both designer and more generic brands. Sale and clearance racks are always full and feature some pretty good deals. They also act as an Amazon drop off location, and when you drop off an Amazon return here (drop off in the back of the store) they give you a coupon for money off any Kohls purchases, which is always a great excuse to stop and shop.

I first tried to call the store three time throughout the day on 6/7/2021 and was met with ringing and ringing until the phone system would automatically hang-up. I wanted to check to make sure the store had the vacuum I wanted to buy in-stock before I drove out of my way to the store to pick it up. Upon arriving at the store the associate that was nearest the vacuums stated that didn't work in that department and weren't familiar with where the robotic vacuums were located. But she was helpful enough to lend another set of eyes to confirm there were none on display or in-stock on the floor. She they radioed for assistance and Cheryl came over to find they were in a back stock room and she brought two to the front so I could make sure the one I'm purchasing wasn't a previously returned unit. The cashier had no idea of Kohl's price matching policy's and stated that the store only price matches Kohls.com and nothing else. An excerpt directly from the corporate website states "Competitor In-Store Price - Present a print copy of a competitor’s local ad showing the identical product at the current price to which you desire the store to match. Please be sure that the ad includes a description of the item and the competitor’s current/valid retail or sale price." With management that ensures the store phone isn't answered for customers I can only assume that the GM and Assistant GM have no time to ensure associates are trained on price matching policies, where robotic vacuums are kept, or how to greet customers and offer assistance as they enter areas of the store.

I called the store last night and was transferred to three different people to explain my issue about an order not including one of three things I purchased, the last young girl I spoke too said I could come pick it up in the morning because she found the sku and product on the shelf for me and told me she’ll put my name on the bag and for me to just to bring my reciept and so I did just that this morning. Well the customer service lady was ignorant and refused to give me my order after I explained to her my experience from last night and proof that it was paid for. So I have to go through waiting for a refund and had to RE PAY or LEAVE . please tell your employees to not LIE to customers about what they can and can’t do. i was told I could come pick my order up the following morning and ended up arguing about it for WHAT REASON. Ridiculous .
