I was impressed that my order was received, made, and out for delivery so fast! The delivery driver arrived shortly after and was friendly and professional. Best of all, the food was delicious and warm! 10/10 for everyone at this pizza hut, you saved me from having to get a bowl of cereal for dinner!

I'll probably won't be going back to Pizza Hut for a very long while. 2 weeks ago, I placed a simple order (1 pizza). Because it was taking almost 2hours to delivery, I decided to go and pick it up myself. When I got there, they told me they couldn't find my pizza, so they were re-making it. While I was waiting, one of the employees started yelling to the boss, and an argument started, which led to food being thrown to each other and the employee quitting on the spot. All this in front of the counter, in front of all the clients. I reported this to pizza hut and they did nothing but day thanks for the feedback. Completely waste of time and money. No wonder these guys are running out of business...

This is easily the poorest-run Pizza Hut I've ever patronized. They're 0/5 on getting my orders right. They don't read special instructions. I even try to be nice and tip--I don't know why. Literally every time I come here, my order is wrong and I inevitably have to wait essentially for them to prepare my order twice. The response is the manager is always sorry🤷🏾‍♂️. Never any comps... credits... just an oh well... It gets old. It'll be a while before I give them another shot.

Ok I ordered a big dinner box for my family. The delivery time said 25-35 minutes which wasn't bad for the time of evening I was ordering. An hour had passed and still no pizza. I called the restaurant to see if my pizza would soon be delivered and they told me it was a shortage on drivers and our pizza is waiting on a driver. Finally 20 minutes later the driver pulls up and immediately starts apologizing for the delay and said how there really short staff. I told him it wasn't his fault and we exchanged pizza and money. Only to realize that the middle of my box was cold. I suddenly opened the box with one hand and found that my pizza was cold and my bread sticks were still frozen. I gave the pizza right back to him and got on the phone and called pizza hut. At first the guy wanted to give me a free order of bread sticks. I told him that's unacceptable and I think as a loyal customer I should receive something else. He must have talked to his manager because he then said he would apply at $20 credit towards my next meal. I will give my credit to someone else. I'm done with pizza hut. Not the first time I've had issues with them.
