It is a Pontoon type boat, each with limited seating capacity. From what I understand the only day they don't run is Christmas Day, but they do have a web site that posts hours. very friendly just give them a call. No to food and drink. You can buy tickets in advance of trip time in person only.

Not really. They have a ramp down to the boat, but someone would have to lift the wheelchair down into it. Wooden benches to sit on, each boat holds about 12 people. If the wheelchair person could manage a few steps into the boat and to a bench seat, they'd be okay

You can reserve, but there's no need for a rain check. They don't take payment until you get there. Ask for Captain David, he's been the best driver we've had so far. Informative and good sense of humor.
