I would call in advance. They have a tour every hour on the hour from 10-5 I think. When you call ahead. They will tell you to get there 15 before the hour. Allow yourself a little time to find parking. Parking is free.

If you are under 6 years old it's required.

They accept cash. It is $14 for adults. No cards accepted.

It is a Pontoon type boat, each with limited seating capacity. From what I understand the only day they don't run is Christmas Day, but they do have a web site that posts hours. very friendly just give them a call. No to food and drink. You can buy tickets in advance of trip time in person only.

It all depends if you have a big family or its just one or two people the take precautions you wear mask while waiting

I would you check with Sunrail for schedule. I have never taken the train but it does stop in Winter Park.

If you arrive about 20 minutes before the start of the tour you should be fine.

It's a fun boat tour and the boat captain narrates the entire trip throughout the lakes. Beautiful homes and scenic landmarks. Have fun and enjoy!

Im not sure, but I would recommend sunglasses or a hat as you will be going under a few very low bridged.

If memory serves me right, then it's $14 . Tickets were purchased by one of our group. Enjoy nacola it's worth it.

I think it would be okay. But you would have to hold the baby on your lap. Probably, leave the stroller by the ticket counter. I'd call to be sure.

Not really. They have a ramp down to the boat, but someone would have to lift the wheelchair down into it. Wooden benches to sit on, each boat holds about 12 people. If the wheelchair person could manage a few steps into the boat and to a bench seat, they'd be okay

Animals are not allowed on the boats.

You can reserve, but there's no need for a rain check. They don't take payment until you get there. Ask for Captain David, he's been the best driver we've had so far. Informative and good sense of humor.
