Terrible place to even call they don’t care about you just your money they steal your money and lady with attitude tell you u can move in but never get back to you this is my 14th apartment search and it’s like this area is just terrible all around. Really unprofessional very disappointing

Unethical business practices conducted here. If you are a B2B vendor or service provider I suggest getting paid up front if you're going to do business with the management company. My service company and one of my subcontractors have been unpaid for services rendered since December of 2021.

Too much stuff everywhere. Not well kept

Not a good place. Very unorganized and no real structure to help secure a good recovery program not to mention unsupervised people with violent police records. This is a bottom line recovery program that needs to be replaced with resources to upgrade and maintain the system of recovery not just enroll people to work just to pay rent.

Yes it will be!
Yes. Look at the video I just posted. It has gotten worse even with the new property managers. They are very nasty and rude
I don't know I think it's only 2 bdrm 1 bath and I pay 1030.00 for a 2/1
No this is a terrible place to live. Maintenance does not do anything. The lady in the office is very rude and deceitful. Our neighbors were rude when we asked them to be quieter because it sounded like they were going to fall through the ceiling they told their kids to stomp louder
I am so sorry you feel that way. When you are ready to move please come back and try again. Thanks so much!
800.00to 900.00 +deposit depending on your credit score you may have to put 2 month deposit.
Should be.
Yeah.
No not income based income based is Oakwood villa
I'm pretty sure they will accept you the staff seems to be full of very nice procrastinators and elaborate liars I was promised a certain square footage an unit all they way up to my move in date just to get a call from a leasing agent of the apartments saying I can't have the unit due to the hot water heater busting ON MY MOVE IN DATE I would also like to mention they tried to get me to sign a lease without viewing the apartment unit to even see if I liked it considering it was the only option at the time I regrettably signed to just a temporary lease, It's around holiday time so they are looking to make bonuses by getting the apartments full to capacity. I've never experienced leasing agents or a property manager as inconsiderate as the ones at River City Landing considering how the property manager is never in office after 1 you may not have to waste your time with listening to someone who is never there to know what's going on. But good luck maybe you won't be forced into a spider
