Been here before and had a good experience. However, today apparently was a bad day for the manager who was just out right rude. She would not even scan the return barcode, incorrectly stated there would be shipping charges: on a free Amazon return, and then tried to tell us they never ship returns for free or box them. She must have lost her mind, because I have made 2 returns to Amazon in the last 3 months, which were dropped off, packaged and shipped, by UPS, handed directly TO HER!. Apparently the folks there don't understand that it was really the attitude of the manager that sucked. Blame it on Amazon... But your manager needs some training on people skills.

The staff in this franchise location are awesome! Myself and anyone I refer here have always been treated with the utmost respect and timely delivery of anything printed or shipped for business or personal needs. From the owners on down to the newest employee, the customers come first and their willingness to go above and beyond is surpassed by no one. Thank you for always going above and beyond, it does not go un noticed or unappreciated! I highly recommend this location!!!!

Never again will I go to this store. The employees think it’s right to let people skip in line. Really NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. wouldn’t waste your time going there.
