I had an old(ish) Bissell Vacuum cleaner that was great, but a part had broken - San Jose Vacuum located a replacement part on ebay, (the manufacturer was not selling the part any longer...) and repaired the vacuum (plus cleaned it thoroughly) and we are back in business - fantastic work - easy to communicate with (I used Facebook Messenger to ping them several times - always responsive - even on public holidays) -- THANKS !!!

I’m sorry, we no longer have a sew tech. We are strictly a vacuum center now.
We are open for business Tuesday thru Friday 10 till 4 this week. We sanitize the counter hourly and we wear a mask when interacting with customers. We do not require customers to wear masks however.
Unfortunately, there are no parts available to service the Shark Robot vacuums. You will need to contact Shark directly for repairs.
No, we are currently open Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10 till 4 and Wednesday 10 till 2. Just drop it off or call me for curbside service if you prefer.

Unfortunately, no. There are no service parts available to repair centers. You have to contact IRobot direct and ship it to them. I wish we were able. Thank you for the inquiry. Have a great day.
