I dispute charges, giving a credit a month later is taken back cause the dispute team never received my letter. How do we start off using email and nobody ever told me to check the mail for follow up letter. Why waste paper and not just email me back. Instead I'm out 1000 just applying for houses in flordia.

If your looking for an ATM that will not charge you a service fee, check your bank for which one you can use. Community first has several banks they do not charge.

First Community and Community 1st seem to be 2 totally different Credit Unions playing on the same 2 words. To be 100% sure, does your credit Union list any physical branches in Florida? I also belong to Navy Federal Credit Union, and it's a Global Credit Union, so that's totally different, obviously
We will be closed in observance of the holidays on the following dates and times: December 24: Close at 2:00 p.m.; December 25: Closed all day; December 31: Close at 3:00 p.m.; January 1: Closed all day. Also, due to the UNF campus being closed for the holidays, the UNF branch will be closed from December 16 – January 1.
Hi, Brianna. I'm sorry to hear about this experience. Sometimes transactions are flagged as fraud or suspected fraud and things will get shut off as a precautionary measure. Were you able to get your card turned back on or would you like to have someone contact you about this?
