Visited Helvetia for our first-ever Fasnacht. Wanted to try the local cuisine. Soooooo glad we did! The only thing available here at the time was their sampler platter (due to COVID restrictions). Bratwurst, sauerkraut, potatoes, green beans, cheese, sausage and wonderfully seasoned chicken with peach cobbler for dessert. My son doesn't even like sauerkraut but loved theirs. We are all now wishing Helvetia wasn't so far away. We would eat here more often!
