Whoever is training the workers here needs to teach some people skills. No smiles, no small talk, not even a greeting/have a good day. The walk up/drive thru ATM would give you more of a people experience lol

When we arrived, they requested an appointment. We set a time for 3:30 p.m. the next day. However, when we returned, they told us that the appointment was at 2:30 p.m., despite the fact that we were certain it was at 3:30 p.m. Then they said they'd find a way to accommodate us, and we waited for a long, with no one paying attention to us. We made the decision to go, and when we said OK bye, they didn't even ask if we had any more demands. I thought it was quite impolite.

Yes it is open at this location on Archer & very friendly staff members who are attentive to your needs. If you call and set an appointment it goes much quicker then walk ins do.
