It was very hot. I think the AC was broke. Parts were there. Looks like a large selection. Tools as well. Parking is easy.

Parts wise, great! Customer service at the Main Street & Busch Dr. location, smh! We have a commercial account with Napa, coworker ordered a part and asked me to pick it up for him as I was off this particular day. Went by to get it and the young lady was super rude! I advised her that I was there to pick up a part that was called in from the Haines street store & she rudely tells me I HAVE TO HAVE A RECEIPT, I tell her again that it’s commercial and was called in, then she had to check with someone and came back with an invoice & gave me the part. I asked for a receipt and she tells me “No, you have to get it from wherever you ordered the part”! Not sure if she was having a bad day or what, but that’s not the normal type of service we receive when dealing with Napa.
