Also, ask for the Actual Truth about their "Amenities"... Example: What's the sense in having a pool, when it's always unavailable for use?

We’ve been looking for a safe and nice home for our grandmother and I we totally fell in love with Rosalind Villas. The location is really great and the attention and service is outstanding, the manager Lola is really kind and diligent, she answered all of our questions/requirements and is doing everything to make sure my grandmother is confortable. I really recommend this place for your love ones.
