Interested in the beach for diving. An acquaintance suggested I try this area.sand is like pure sugar sand. As far as I could swim was pure sand. No fish. No reef .curiously really nothing was seen on my dive except afew jelly fish which are normally not common in August. Visibility was murky. Nice beach otherwise

Holiday Out At St Lucie is a pretty cool neighborhood. I don't live here but i have visited twice. It looks really clean, great amenities, pool, flub house and walking distance to the beach. Really quiet neighborhood. You can definitely tell management is doing a great job at maintaining the place.

I believe it has a time limit it though. That is where I had my wedding, but I know my grandmother ran into some issues in the beginning, so contact the office early. We put in the request about 6months prior to make sure there were no conflicts
It's difficult to find a long term rental here.

The office might have listings also there is a rental company on site there may also be rentals in venture 3 in the same community but they have waterfront
Each lot is privately owned so the rates at the owners discretion

Holiday out has a min stay requirement in its bylaws. You would have to check with the owner of the property.

You might consider ocean resorts , on Hutchison Island, 18 miles north,also, across from ocean on A1A. While I was in Holiday out, I was robbed! Been in fl. For 36 years & robbed first time in Holiday resort!!
