Jason is friendly and honest. I told him I had spots on my carpet from water damage. He told me this kind of damage does not always come clean. I decided to have him try anyway. The results were great. Hardly notice the spots. Definitely would use him again.

I didn't have pet odor treatment so I can't answer your question. My guess is that it is guaranteed so long as your pet doesn't create the odor again.

How successful are you in getting stains out of carpets? A portable a/c unit leaked onto by berber carpeting and left stains. Thank you
