I went here today for physical test and mask fit test for work. Front desk told me to expect to wait 2hrs and I ended up waiting 5hrs here. Whole test took 5min. Please don’t go here. Go somewhere anywhere else.

I was sent by Fedex Express for drug screening and D.O.T physical. Concentra employees are very professional and efficient. Expect to be here 2 to 3 hours to get everything completed. 24 hours prior abstain from all coffee, alcohol, sugar, salt and fast 24 hours prior. All you do is drink water for 24 hours. For Department of Transportation you have to pass 20 / 40 eye test and blood pressure must be under 120 / 80. If you're blood pressure is above then you will get a 1 year conditional DOT license instead of a 2 year unconditional DOT license. My blood pressure was high so I was given the 1 year conditional DOT license. My Physician Assistant was Alex and he is very professional. Be truthful about your medical history because if you give your name and SSN all your prior medical history will show up.

Came in for a follow up appointment and physical therapy appointment. Physical therapy appointment went well quick and fast. Had follow up doctor appointment right after, waited over an hour for the doctor. It kind of upsetting to know you have to sit in a waiting room for over an hour to see a doctor.

Despite the website listing this as an urgent care, and despite the sign on the door literally saying urgent care, this is apparently not an urgent care. They apparently only do workmans comp.
