Still have not received a refund from them. Wedding was in April 2020, adjusted our rentals before the cut off so we could get a full refund of unused funds. Requested a refund in December of 2020. We heard from them over 2 months ago and now nothing but silence. Please contact us to give us our $600+ back. Worst company I've worked with in a long time.

It's been 2 years and I can't get a response or refund for an adjusted rental back from April 2020. I get it, covid screwed things up but I changed my order in time for no penalties, according to the contract. It's been over 2 years since requesting a refund for the unused funds and now I don't even get a response. It is a contract, now I'm thinking about feeling out my options due to it being a contract... Disappointed at the way they handled this.. I appreciated the delivery and pick up guys.

Contract originally stated 12x20 even though requested a 20x20 it was a mistake that was never brought to our attention prior to event date. Regardless we supplied our $12k magnetic dance floor as a 12x24 enough floor Sq footage for a 250+ event Google "what size dance floor do I need" for manufacturers recommended sizes. Ontop of that the price was adjusted... thanks guys for your business
