For those who uses GymPass and work regular business hours, BE AWARE! Got there on Tuesday around 5:20pm, front desk guy let me in. When I stated that I have a GymPass code, I was told that he did not know how to process GymPass and I had to come back the next day when manager is present, which is 9am-3pm. Long story short, the conversation ended with him signing me up for a free day pass, but it was still going to be him manning the front desk and he "will not" get trained on how to work GymPass. Therefore, unless I can make it during 9am-3pm, I am not allowed to use the gym. Overall, okay gym but very unpleasant experience.

This gym is amazing! I signed up while they were still building. The staff is so nice and helpful. It has been such a positive change in my life! I love my gym!

Snap Fitness has a great variety of equipment and classes. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and considerate. Every time we walk through the door we are greeted with a cheerful “hello” and an encouraging smile. My family loves Snap Fitness!
