No support for autism. High turnover. They don't return calls. What a disappointment. I have been with them for 6 years. 3 started slow. Last 3 just no support. We are beyond covid. Ask what RBAC (relation based autism center) actually does, what programs they offer and it is crickets. We might have an art class. Ok, when? Not sure. Will the children interact, not sure. There is no relation based support for my child or anyone with autism.

Great variety of services offered for children and families. The offices are spotless and very comfortable. Plenty of parking and easy access off of the highway.

Just like everything, there is a mix of good and bad. The behavior coaching did not work well for us. The turnover was terrible. From my understanding, the behavior coaches get a few weeks of training in a classroom and that was it. A lot of them did not have the skills they needed and they would become overwhelmed and quit. Yet, as a parent I was being preached to about consistency. The strategy that they use is very uniform for all children and after talking to other parents we all agreed that the strategies they use are not met for everyone. They just ended up upsetting and frustrating my child. I did have some coaches and even supervisors make me feel like I am a lousy parent and need a lot of help and that would be said in a round about way. I heard that from other parents as well. We did love my child's counselor and Dr. Sara! My child loved his counselor. When COVID hit and everything was televised it wasn't working out for him. I can tell you that the last group of support people I worked with WERE THE BEST!!!! They really cared about me as a parent and were supportive without being overwhelming or pushy or making me feel like I am not doing my job as a parent. My outsiders have always said that I am doing a great job 😇
