I see Dr. Rebecca Shaw at this office. I haven’t necessarily had the best service or care at these types of care facilities, but this place is different. I’m shocked at how caring and responsive Dr. Shaw is with the enormous client list she has. If there is an issue at the pharmacy and I call for clarification, or to resend a Rx, Dr. Shaw herself, or her Assistant get back to me so fast, it’s crazy. I so strongly recommend Dr. Shaw…

Excellent and friendly help from staff and front desk, was referred to a Dr. who was very respectful, attentive, and empathetic. He completely helped me and I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone seeking fast and efficient help.

Had a traumatizing experience with Theodora Carter. Stay away from this one. This woman should not be allowed contact with anyone suffering from severe depression or anxiety. She stated she teaches CBT. Her idea of "teaching" is to repeatedly tell me that I need to thinking that way. And then after explaining what was causing the thoughts she asked me the same questions over and over again. Not paying attention to anything I was telling her. She was 10 minutes late. Blamed it on the office. Session was 20 minutes. I ended up feeling worse then before. Ended up telling her this wasn't a good fit. And she disconnected the call immediately. She exacerbated my existing problems. This woman can push someone already close to the edge right over.

Such an amazing experience right from the start. Dr. Sharma was patient, kind, informative and compassionate. Psychiatrists I have seen in the past couldn't be bothered with any back story, they left it to the psychologist, but Dr. Sharma really listened and won my trust because of it. Thank you, Dr. Sharma.

This is a very busy office people come many of miles these doctors are in high demand I doubt the doctor yelled at you he more than likely was very stern with u and got his point across somebody else could of been seen a simple phone call would be appreciated
Dr. Billings is my guy i suggest you dont get off of them until you meet with him and set up a suboxone or subutex program unless you would like to attend rehab. I know it sounds bad but stay on until you meet with dr
If you have state insurance this spot will get you into see the doctor for your subs and whatever else you take for free. I have 0 dollar copay for the doc visit and 0 dollars for all my scripts ... Idk how but this place is a savior for people with state insurance. I've been coming here for a while now and it's kept me and my wife on track. Dr. Reddy is a cool doctor who understands addiction and takes a more unconventional approach at helping you maintain long-term sobriety using suboxone maintenance and of you have any other mental health issues he will get you on the right meds for that as well. I will say that one only downside to this spot is that they require you to come once a week for your script no matter how long you've been coming to see him. It doesn't matter because it's free but it can be time consuming. They've gotten a lot better with wait times since I first started going and I imagine it'll only get faster as they are a fairly new office .
No. My provider is wonderful! He listens to my concerns and we work on my plan of care together. I've been tapering off one of my medications for almost three months at my request.
Appt. Forewarning they are a very difficult office to deal with and take forever make sure you get early morning appt
