They do not answer their phones or return phone calls. EXTREMELY irresponsible for a doctor’s office not to answer their patients’ calls, especially in the field they’re in.

At this place Dr's come and go in Casa Grande. I would not recommand Brain and Spine Ctr. It is all about making money for them. Every week I had to go to the office and no resolve or treatment untill I finally had a stroke. This could have been prevented with better care. Stay away from this office. Their phone system is messed up and the staff does not care.

All the docs are great and knowledgeable. Jackie Murphy has been my savior. After 13 years of doctors calling me a liar because the tests they ran showed nothing, Jackie was able diagnose me. The docs are caring, the front desk girls are awsome.
Yeah, she's a little rude at times. I just chalked it up to her having a bad day. But at the same time, that's her job and shouldn't let her personal issues, if that's the case, dictate her being rude or not.
My stat MRI was done on a Thursday am @simon med. They said my specialist would have the results within 2 hrs. That afternoon - I saw Dr. Pandey and got my results.
