If you're thinking of buying a Ford vehicle, STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!! I bought a 2019 F-150 3.5L Ecoboost from this dealership 5 months ago in May. The truck had over 70,000 miles on it and was sold to me for over $55,000. It wasn't until I pulled the Carfax report that I realized how much I had overpaid for this truck. On top of overpaying, shortly after I purchased this truck the engine began having a horrible engine shudder noise. Even when idling, the engine has a knocking sound almost similar to a diesel engine. The problem is that this is a gas engine and it is not supposed to sound like that. After taking it back to the dealership to get it fixed (still under powertrain warranty), they refused to honor their warranty!!! Even though the contract specifically states that ANY INTERNALLY LUBRICATED PARTS are covered. Their response is that the parts are considered electrical. This repair costs anywhere from $3,000 to $7,000 as the mechanics have to completely dismantle the engine... When I asked the dealership to purchase the vehicle back from me, they lowballed me, BY OVER $20,000!!!! I bought this truck from this dealership 5 months ago for over $55,000 and their "best offer" was $30,000. I cannot say this enough, PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP. They take advantage of customers since they are the only Ford dealership in Casa Grande, they overprice their vehicles, and they do NOT honor their warranties. I thought that Ford would treat their customers more fairly, especially veterans, but I guess I was wrong. I am disappointed, frustrated, and disgusted with this dealership.

This has been the most Unprofessional Experience I have experienced in a while. Dropped Mini Bus off for Small Company & asked for Diagnosis from Ben the Service Assistant. Can Do! Ben Called & Stated the Technician says the Fuel Is Bad & All We Need To Do Is Drain The Bad Fuel Out , Clean Out The Lines & It Should Be Good! What, That’s It, Go For It, 700$, Couple Weeks later, No Call From Ben, I stopped by, Ben has Covid, No Problem, Erik helped me get some information together & he would call me back,.. NO CALL BACK FROM ERIK EITHER! Now 4 Weeks in the Van Needs Additional Parts That Were Not Part Of The Diagnosis For Estimate!! Now The Bus Is So Old They Can’t Find The Parts ( First I Heard This, 4 Weeks In ) Now 6 Weeks in Ben says the Van will be done Next Week 10/9,.. Ok Thank You,.. I leave Ben a Detailed Message with my phone number that he has had for 2 Months now ,, No Call Back & stated he left me a Message but I have Zero Voice Mail,.. 2 Months into Service Repair, We Have Been Ready To Pay For Services Rendered & Move On,.. Tough Experience,, Customer Service Was Minimal Here at Jones Ford,,..

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. They are literally the definition of a dealership everyone tells you to avoid. They pressured and bullied my 20 year old pregnant daughter into every possible upcharge. Sold her gap insurance even though she put $20,000 down. So literally will never be able to use it. Extended warranty that expires or is no longer useful because fords warranty exceeds the time and mileage of the policy. Anti theft/ keyless entry came with the car from ford. She drove it for a few days and now it shakes. The tires were checked and turns out the “new tires” they put on weren’t new and came from Walmart. My daughter bought this truck because she was rear ended in a car accident and lost her baby. She recently found out she’s expecting again and wanted to protect herself and the baby and they prayed on her fear and inexperience. We tried to get them to make it right but they will only return 1/2 of her down payment back. Also the woman’s bathroom doesn’t have running water to wash your hands. And the soda machine has coke in it that expired January 19,2021. Today she went there to find out what bank funded her loan and they yelled at her told her a random bank. She went back to ask again and the finance manager told her she shouldn’t make big boy decisions and told her if she didn’t leave he was calling the police. I was on the phone and heard the way he spoke to my daughter. I can’t imagine ever speaking to a customer the way he spoke to her. They should be ashamed to have that man working there. Does the owner know that he has employees like that working for them? Does ford know these people are representing them in this way?

Need to have oil changed in our Ford 450 engine class C RV, should it be done before we park it in RV park for 4 months or wait until we get ready to leave in April?

It's more of preference of doing it before you park or before you leave. It wont matter if the old oil sits or the fresh oil sits for only 4 months. Oil does break down over time even sitting but I wouldnt worry about 4 months.
