I called the shop asking for a phone with a specific feature and I was told there are few models in the store that would match my requirements. I drove the same day quite a distance to get one. When I arrived I was told they never had any phones with the specifications that I needed. They wasted my time and gas. Very disappointing.

They do good work so I can't too be honest. I kinda feel like they over charge but my stuff is fixed and I am thankful to them

My son's ipad screen cracked. Nothing else was wrong just a crack. Day after picking it up the home button slid under the screen. It was half way under and you couldn't push it to unlock screen. Took it back very next day , they "fixed" it. Tried to tell me it was my son's fault. There is no way that should've been able to happen had the screen been replaced properly. The button is very stiff now and you have to push it multiple times to get it to work. My advice, dont go here, just send it to apple to fix, I'm sure its only a matter of time before it completely stops working.
