Bought some tires there call to get them rebalance thinking that was the Issue they didn’t want to do it took it some where else tires where bad they were one month old went to the store they did give me another set of tires but the guy in the office was smart a** definitely not going back to get tires there no more!!!

Went to get a tire change and their service on the outside was great but the service on the inside was horrible me being a black lady and trying to get service was not good , and I will not forget.. I walked in and everyone was laughing and talking , as I approached the counter the worker except for one spoke and the others began turning up their noise because of my skinn color all the employees on the inside were rude .In this society they have things messed up I'm spending my money at a well know company and this how you treat people. This make me want to come back.

Shout out and wow to the people of Southern Tire mart! My daughter got a nail in the sidewall of her tire outside of town, and had recently loaned her spare to someone, but hadn’t gotten it back. Southern tire dispatched a tow truck to her and replaced her tire there on the spot! Thank you for everything but primarily for your southern hospitality and kindness!
