Nasty hotel we have stayed at had room changed twice. Upper management should be ashamed of themselves. Went to office and gm wouldn't even show her face sent the desk clerk. Unreal the only thing I can say is the girls on desk were great upper management not. So here was what was wrong.ice machine don't work, handicap room was not ada compliant, water leaking from sink,a/c didn't work no blow drier,killed 3 roaches,had to go buy handicap shower chair didn't have one,kids running and knocking on doors til after midnight front desk was told. And I could keep going.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY! My wife and I recently stayed here and were majorly disappointed. Needless to say, we will not be returning EVER. Our reservation was for a king bed, we were given two full beds instead. The bed sheets and pillow cases were filthy. Even the comforter had stains. The shower was just as disgusting (being shower shoes). The towels were low grade and can only fit a small child. Despite being a smoke free facility, guess what the room smelled like. Curtains, carpets, and walls were banged up. To top of our “quality” experience, we had a man banging on our door at 2:00am trying to get into our room. Thankfully our car wasn’t broken into, much to my surprise. Now having paid the same amount of $60-$70 at a Comfort Inn in Tallahassee, with a room far superior, I feel even more ripped off. Unless they undergo some major renovations and can ensure that the rooms are properly cleaned, they need to at least drop the price. Even for those on a budget, I do not recommend anyone to stay here. I would have preferred sleeping in my car and pocket the cash.

Positive: Nothing. Negative: The room definitely was not as described by the photos. Extremely old. The door appeared to have been kicked in. The furnishings were very worn and shabby. Plumbing fixtures needed maintenance. We felt unsafe due to the condition of the exterior door.

The staff was the highlight of my stay at the inn! Everyone was very helpful and made all the difference in my trip to Laurel. They were very responsive and took good care of us. A special thank you to Kim for giving my coworkers and I a ride to the airport in her personal car when we couldn’t get a taxi, extremely friendly staff to say the least.
