Don't waste your money!!! Looked so much better online. Style of the room was old. Room had bugs. I called the front desk and was told by Jerry, I'm lucky I didn't see 60+. Due to monsoon infestations. I saw 10 too many. Ruined my anniversary trip. Didn't offer a discount nor refund. Front desk came to the room with bug spray. Spraying the front and back door. The bugs were in every room. We weren't even offered a different room. If our complexion was different I think it be a different story. Won't ever go back.

Beautiful resort! a little old but I like it that way! Lots of character ☺️only one pool and it’s pretty small but well maintained the jacuzzi wasn’t working and the restaurant was closed. They did let us check in a little early which was appreciated. The room was well set up but I wish the fridge was a little bigger being as the room was set up like a small apartment if your staying more than one day there’s not enough fridge space. Bathroom was clean. Will be back.

The room was filthy, including the bathtub, carpeting, and windows. The front door didn't even have weather stripping so we had to hear all the door slamming and loud music. The carpet in front of the fireplace had either food stains or bodily fluid stains. The windows were too dirty to see the view. We called to complain with the general manager, Alfonso Rodriguez. He didn't return our call and never responded to our email. Very bad service and disrespectful after we spent almost $2000.00 there for our 20th anniversary. They have prior reviews about the lack of maintenance and dirty conditions but things never change with Alfonso.

The best thing is the location - it's pretty and peaceful. And front desk staff were helpful and friendly. That's it though; the rooms are old and dirty - unlike what's conveyed on the web site. And the wifi is non-existent. When you have one holiday every 4 years, it'd be nice if you felt at least comfortable in your accommodations.

Small ones
Yes, it is a $20 per pet per night for the first three nights only ($60 Max even if you stay longer). There is also an additional cleaning/damage fee if there is any damage or deep cleaning needed.
