I have stayed here several times, but will no longer. The establishment took our $100 deposit for stains on the shower floor that were pre-existing. Even told house keeping about the stains. Talked to the establishment and have gotten 3 different stories on how it was cleaned up..."1 day out of service so they could bleach it", "3 days out of service for deep cleaning", and lastly "3 weeks out of service to clean with muriatic acid and re-surface the floor"...the shower floor is plastic molded shower pan. The lies just to keep $100 is horrible business practice. I will be staying at the Comfort Inn down the street each year going forward. If you stay here, take pictures of your room before you stay or say goodbye to your $100!!!!!

Fantastic value and location. The hotel was clean and quiet. The hotel gym is excellent. The breakfast was disappointing as well as the fact that they do not have a section where you can make some tea, coffee or get some fresh water during the day.

The air conditioner wasn’t working properly and only cooling the room to 76°. Asked for maintenance to come and fix it and the receptionist came and turn the unit off and then turn it back on. Complained again the next day and the same receptionist said she would come take a look at it. I told her I did not need her to turn it on and turn it back off but they have a maintenance person come fix it and that never happened during our first night stay. Also they would not come clean our room. We paid $600 for service that we never got.

Went here after a night at the casino. It was clean and nice, bed was okay quality, didn't use the shower, so no notes there. Liked the mirror with the embedded lighting in the bathroom, first time I've seen that. There was a spot on the floor that really creaked and groaned loudly when walked across, a sign of poor installation or subsurface structural failure. This hotel seriously needs to step up their coffee and breakfast program. I mean, they had the k-cup coffee maker in the room, which was fine, but I prefer a larger cup and creamer options, so I usually go to the lobby in the a.m. for my coffee. They had what I needed, but just barely. Also, at this pricing level, you generally would expect a continental type breakfast at the very least. The breakfast option(s) amounted to what they call a "breakfast bag". I learned that what that amounts to is a selection of store bought danish, fruit, yogurt, and breakfast burritos that they throw in a bag and you can take back to your room and microwave. Better than nothing I guess, but not my idea of a high quality offering from a hotel in a high end neighborhood.
