5/12 Show up to have a sigmoidoscopy performed but my doctor did not show ! Doctor Pineau was kind enough to fill in. Procedure was done but somehow I get charged for a colonoscopy !! No sedation

Amazing staff and clean facility. From the moment I signed up for my procedure (which I received a text congratulating me on my first colonoscopy, lol) to the minute David wheeled me to the car after to give me to my husband I felt extremely comfortable and cared for. Thank you to Dr.Ahmadi, NP/Anastesiologist Jullianna, my nurse Penny that did a top notch job on my IV and Kim that assisted with my procedure. If you haven't had yours yet, this is the place to go!

After an endoscopy and colonoscopy, then the "camera" endoscopy visits, then the follow up appointment for results was last. Staff wanted all my ID and insurance cards to check in at this last appointment. I was surprised because over a month of several visits, the seemingly dozens of texts/emails - they certainly had all that information. I asked to see the Office Manager, Stephanie Stover, who curtly explained they didn't have "Jr" on one of their entries, and I didn't enter that correctly. I waited 15 minutes to be called back, then 1/2 hour for the doctor to come in. NO problems, no issues. See me in 5 years. I drive 1/2 hr minimum one way to come into town, longer if traffic is worse than normal. My suggestion is that if there are NO problems and no issues, a phone call "televisit" might be all that's needed and the waste of time would not been had by me, the staff, and the Doctor.
