3 years later UPDATE - floors are still looking good but spots have touched up. Frankly, we use a brush head on our vacuum because of cats. We are still impressed! Thank you, Citrus. UPDATE! It has been over a year since these guys colored our grout and it shows no aging or deterioration. We have a fair amount of visitors and besides the compliments, we get a lot of questions about it. We would do this again in a heartbeat. I was about ready to replace our tile floor. I absolutely hated it as it never looked clean. I discounted staining the grout as just another gimmick that's a waste of time and money. HOWEVER, I called these guys because they had great ratings and Bill explained it to me thoroughly. He put down some sample colors in my pantry for me to look at before I made a decision. Within a day I knew what I wanted and gave him a call. Within a few days the tile was pressure washed with a special machine that vacuumed as it went along (I wondered how that was going to work). I was extremely pleased with the cleaned appearance and decided a day later to have him put down his magic color/sealer. Bottom line? We have a new floor and we are thrilled with it! I really appreciate you guys and highly recommend you to everyone with tile floors. BTW, I am an actual new customer living in the south end of St. Augustine.
