So upset with this hotels manager Melinda Thomas. Stayed at the hotel last night. The hotel itself was fine to stay in just to let you guys know clean rooms nice outside pool, it is a little bit older and dated but at least clean. Unfortunately was charged an extra hundred dollars after checking out for smoking in a room that I never smoked in the room. The room smelled a little funny upon checking in but again the hotel is a little outdated so understandable a little. Upon checking out we received a phone call about 30 minutes later telling us we were being charged $100 for smoking in the room. We never smoked in the room! Tried to speak to the manager Melinda Thomas she was unaccommodating unwilling to listen or explain irate kept stating that their policy was to not have smoking products in the room regardless if you smoked in the room or not. That is not Wyndham policy or Days Inn policy. Very unhappy. Stay with Windham all the time never had this happen before. Filing official complaint. Just think this is a really bad Manager, Managing an OK property

King mattress and pillows really nice and comfy. Price was reasonable. Used my AAA card for discount. Refrigerator in room. Pool outside..looked inviting but didn't use. Room clean. Non smoking room a plus for us. Traveling to Alabama from Missouri. Good stopping point.

TV didn't work Shower curtain was to high water went on floor Front desk lady wasn't social able at all Breakfast they call it bag breakfast water and a SMALL muffin Thank goodness McDonald's was next door. They didn't have Civid issues. Had to stay here only hotel for miles it was late when we arrived Will drive extra miles to another hotel next time

Good clean rooms. Freshly laundered sheets. Nice people. Asked for various membership to reduce the price. Only drawback was minimal breakfast with old orange juice (expired last year). Keurig coffee pot in the room.
