I was there 2 weeks ago for a oil change. Wanted my tires rotated also which I was told was done free of charge with an oil change. I had told a woman behind the counter writing up the order that my passenger side rear tire I believe has a leak. She said no problem we will check in and let you know, 6 hours later my oil change was done I was told I have no leak but I need new tires. Two days later my tire light came back on, that following weekend I took it to a tire shop which said that my passenger rear tire has a leak and that my tires are in good condition. I was there with my wife and two small kids and they sent me away with the car never rotating my tires cuz the tire in the back was the same Tire I had told her about I never looked for a leak. How can I be sure they even change the oil at this point? First and last time I will go there.

Be careful this guy’s pep boy Howell nj never put the oil in my truck in my motor. Started to make a noise right now the guy Anthony terrible he ignoring me Anthony old men terrible he breaking my motor with not oil he not want to fix

I had a nail in my tire. After driving up and down Route 9, stopping at 5 different tire shops, I was blown off by everyone of them. I had forgotten about Pep Boys and tried one last effort. Upon entering, I was greeted with a how can we help you, told them my issue and was told absolutely we will take care of you as soon as we can. Within 45 minutes I was out the door with my tire repaired. I am feeling grateful today! Hands down they deserve 5 plus stars.
