Today on our visit to have my car serviced COURTNEY KIRK 12402 was our service tech. We did not feel welcome in your establishment. When our car was done we went in to pay and she told me she was not ready we waited another 30 minutes outside and she never came out to let us Know she was ready, we went in to pay after waiting an she sent me to another tech to pay which she could have done the first time. I felt hurt because we waited all that time for her and she didn't say sorry or anything, I don't know if she was having a bad day or not but I did not feel welcome. So this is the worse customer service I ever experienced.

After they sell, they cannot commit to anything they promise before purchase, it was like pulling teeth to get our end of the deal...never again will I buy from here. At least the sales manager(s) got things moving along...but the absolutely made it near impossible to have clear communication arranging the issues addressed after purchasing my car there. I'll spare the names but i wish it was more positive.

That is a great question! When Hyundai sends their vehicles in transport, they spray a coating underneath the vehicle and on the brakes. This coating is actually what is burning off. It will go away in a few days, as when you drive it and use the brakes, the coating gets removed. They put this coating to keep the metal from corroding. Thank you for the question. Thank you for your business! (edit for James Moran) I did a little digging for James Moran under this post, copy this link and on this forum, a bunch of New Hyundai Owners experienced this as well. It will go away my friend. https://www.hyundai-forums.com/sonata-yf-turbo/136681-burning-smell-after-driving-car.html EDIT: Thank you for updating this. Please note that I will have them contact you about this ASAP today.
Cocoa Hyundai has a person come on Thursday mornings that makes and program the keys and fobs.
