Sorry this was so late. Hopefully will help someone else. You have to be a Florida resident for 6 months or longer. Need Florida DL or someone to sign affidavit that says you been here for 6 months.

I like to know how much is the cost to get a devorece from another country

Our Divorce rates start at $150 that is with no minor children or property. If minor children or property are involved rates go to $300. Those prices are for uncontested divorces. Uncontested meaning both parties are in agreement on the divorce. There is also a file fee for the court system as well.
