Update: took a break from this sonics per my review below. Came back to share the chicken burger we spent $8 on from our $30 total for today. That there is the mayo and lettuce they gave us. 😳 Also, adding- I asked for milk for one of my kids meals. When it was handed to me, the milk was warm. We asked if there is cold milk as we would like to refrain from becoming Ill. They said the milk was Just put in and that's why it wasn't cold. I was under the impression milk should be consumed cold. Just a warning. Unfortunately, this is the closest drive thru to home. I have never ordered here and had my order 100% correct. Plan to come to this sonics and have something change, missing or completely wrong. Ordered through the app a few times to find out they were out of something and couldn't refund what was missing. Asked me to call the customer service line for reimbursement. ...many times purchased blasts that advertise they're fully loaded with mix-ins, only to get home and find out they are an entire cup of ice cream with 1/2 tbls of mix-ins on top. I gave 2 stars because they will help when u have an issue but for the most convenient place to go to in this small town, it becomes the most inconvenient upon returning home.

They need a health inspection. They burned my fries and my soda had an actual bug in it, never going here again and I’ve lived in buckeye my whole life 😂 Good thing there’s a nicer one on Estrella parkway.

As a kid I use to love going to sonic, and that followed me into my adulthood. After today though, my family and I have decided we will not be going back. I ordered off of the app. Chicken tenders with fries, a foot long coney with fries, two m&m blasts and burgers. I received one hamburger and then a melt (didn’t order), tater tots and onion rings (didn’t order) and when my daughter went to take a bite of her blast there was a spider inside. Then I realized we didn’t get our coney, so I hit the button and asked for it....then I waited. After about 20 minutes I asked for it again and the picture below is what was handed to me. No chilly, burnt and extremely gross looking. To top this off, I just wanted to get home, and then realized we never even got our tenders. I’m not sure if management has changed or if the cooks just don’t care...but I can see that it’s not only apparent to me, but many other people as well.

I ordered a large mozzarella sticks and this is what I received! You all should be ashamed of yourselves thinking someone is really just going to accept these. Two are burnt to a crisp and two have no cheese inside because they're so overcooked the cheese is in the box they came in. They were in a huge blob. Annnd I didn't get any marinara sauce. Wow

Lol it is a DRIVE IN . The orders placed at the table area are processed just as fast. They hammer out the orders in the order they receive them.
I'm a door dash driver and everytime I'm there to get an order drive thru or stall, I have to ask them to seal the bag. They all say the same thing and that's, yes we have the stickers but no one uses them, well they door wen I'm delivering food, they need to practice putting a seal on all bags not just deliveries. No complaints besides that good job otherwise
