I came in this store, new to the area I was looking around around and YES I was touching the things I was interested in. I only came back this morning because I purchased 2 lighters from here about 3 or 4 days ago. Well as it would have it....one broke before she could use it ANY(green) and mine (purple lighter). So I went in and was making myself a cup of coffee as I mentioned the 2 lighters that I had purchased a few days prior. And could she just swap them out of credit me? She snaps at me and starts huffing at me telling me “if I am finished making my coffee, I needed to leave.” There are other customers coming and out and they can very much hear her telling me these things which is just incredibly embarrassing. She refused to let me see an item from behind the counter to read it. So I got a notepad out and I have to move she called the law to me!!!! writing the description of the item. Again, she follows over to where I am trying write the details of said product and says “you are finished, now leave!” She wasn’t asking. And so I told her “what’s the point in having a product if someone cannot read the details?”

The people that work there not friendly,store smells, they sell stuff labeled not for individual resale, they watch you like your trying to steal from them. Cant wait for the new store across the street to open

Awful, and rude. Ridiculous prices. Ill drive outa the way to avoid giving this store one penny. Whoever gives them a good review has got to be family or on their payroll.

I have been doing business at Rose's for over a decade and have never experienced any of what you've described. All I've experienced are exceptionally friendly and outgoing people. In fact, they have at times stocked items specifically for me simply because I asked if they had the item in stock. They'd say no and the next time I'd go there, they'd have what I had asked about which is way above and beyond any other store I know of. Perhaps it's your xenophobia acting up, it's not uncommon for xenophobic people to have delusions of superiority as well as hallucinations which can manifest in many ways, including olfactory as well as auditory. I'd suggest that you reevaluate your ideologies, that's where you'll find the problem. Once you fix that, then try Rose's again and you should notice a huge difference.
