I went here and I was told by one Hispanic lady that all I needed was to have worked in the last 5 months and have my check stubs, water bill, and lease. Okay so I didn’t have my check stubs and I had to come back, went back some other lady is at the door saying that they will not be able to see me if I wasn’t laid off. Like I’m going to call the state on them the other lady straight lied to me if she didn’t know what she was doing you should’ve had her outside that day. Do not go here for assistance if you weren’t laid off trust me you’ll be disappointed

Terrible communication, I called and Mrs. Marisol attended me, who was not clear about specifying the documentation that I had to bring, being there since 3am standing in line, she told me that I did not qualify, because she wanted a letter from the doctor which I brought and according to her It was wrong, they should put another person who knows how to do their job better, they give help to whomever suits them. I do not recommend this organization!
